  • Absolute nightmare experience. Me and my gym buddy go to LVAC and got a mailer with a free trial offer, so we figured we'd check the place out. It's definitely very nice and feels like you're in a fancy hotel, with plenty of immaculate machines and no crowd. But the STAFF. I've never had someone be so rude to me in my life. We figured they'd want to be friendly if you're a potential new customer. Good luck. The lady at the front desk sighed when we showed her the mailer with the trial offer and made us wait nearly 10 minutes until she tried to get someone to help us. The sales lady, Brooke, was literally the worst. It was an immediate high pressure sales situation in a room with a closed door. She was trying to get us to buy a subscription before we had even seen the place! We finally got her to let us just work out, came back after we were done and told her it wasn't worth the cost. She made a smug smile and literally said "Mmmkay BYE GUYS. Bye!" We stood there stunned that someone could do this. And she just kept saying "Bye!" and waving until we walked out. Unbelievable. If you're worried the place might be pretentious, you're absolutely right. Never going to a Lifetime again.
