  • THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE! I don't normally write reviews but I wish I would've listened to the reviews about this place before signing a lease. None of the appliances work I can't even tell you how much money I have spent on groceries because my fridge breaks while I'm at work and my food spoils. Second there are so many bugs here it's disgusting. There will be times I can't get up my steps because they are covered in cockroaches/water bugs even scorpions. I get we live in the desert and bugs are going to be present but it seems to be extreme here. The apartments are way over priced for the quality and the carpet is similar to the fur of a poodle. The noise from the pool is enough to drive you insane and oh yeah the cops are here all the time because someone is either getting fights doing drugs or screaming like crazy people. I absolutely cannot wait until my lease is up this place is hell. I moved here from The Edge apartments and my suggestion is if you can afford it move there it's a million no a BILLION times nicer than this dump.
