  • This is a review for the level of service the employees in this store provide. It is, by far, some of the best I've ever received in the retail industry. Period. I walked in to DeSerres not quite knowing what I wanted but with a concept in mind for binding pages together for presenting on an upscale level. When you wander around aimlessly or hover in a certain section humming and hawing about the items on the shelf, it becomes very apparent that help is needed... at the very least, I look like I'm floundering around like a fish out of water. John (one of the many very knowledgable employees there) took mercy on me and started asking me what it was I was looking for. I had no idea so I started describing (in a very vague way) my concept and my audience. Bam! He knew exactly what I was looking for, even before I knew it myself. Vague ideas to conceptual details to actual product in hand. Effin' fantastic! Overall, very conscientious and helpful staff (thanks John!) and it's clear the employees who are staffed here also have the know-how to guide you in the right direction.
