First-class outfit all round. Keith and his staff take wonderful care of our two aging cars. I suspect they can now keep going and out-Volvo Volvo. My first experience with Asian Imports was a gem and I -- and my vehicles -- have been treated well ever since. My 1990 Mazda Miata developed a case of refusing to start shortly after (of course) the warranty ran out. In a lifetime of wandering, I sought help at various Mazda dealers and auto mechanics in places as varied as Texas, Florida and California. Some actually would laugh and tell me I was imagining it; but all said nothing seemed to be wrong with the vehicle. Soon after moving to Las Vegas, I received a card in the mail about Asian Imports. I needed a service so I took the car there. Sort of as an afterthought, I mentioned my "imaginary" starter problem to Keith. Remarkably, he seemed interested and said he would check it out. He asked what was the year of the vehicle. Two hours later he called and said my vehicle was one of a small number of Miatas from that year that had been fitted with a defective starter motor. He replaced it and I never again had an "imaginary" starter failure. Not one of the Mazda dealers I patronized had ever told me about that or even seemed to know anything about it. But Keith did. He keeps up with the literature of his trade. All the auto mechanics in all the world don't amount to a hill of beans, but I walk into Keith's Asian Imports and he solves my problem. And so that was the start of a beautiful frendship and I will always have Keith. He and his staff are brilliant. Take well-deserved bows, guys.
