Very poor communication and technical skills. Mr Thompson was very difficult to contact through both phone and email. There were periods in excess of 3 weeks in which he did not return calls from me to his office or respond to emails to his personal and business email addresses.
Once he did commence the work to replace my pump, controllers and other parts of my indoor spa tub, his incompetence to correctly connect the display unit led him to believe that device needed to be replaced also. Only by calling the manufacturer did I discover that he indeed had plugged a control wire into the wrong socket which was clearly labeled and of a different pin configuration, thereby rendering the control panel inoperative and bending a pin on the connector.
I completed the proper wiring connections myself after consultation with the manufacturer and discontinued any service with Mr Thompson. I will not use his service again and cannot recommend his service to anyone who cares about timely, correct repair of an indoor spa.
