I had a perfectly fine ride home to Fitchburg from downtown, with a friendly driver and an ok fare. It was during Freakfest so really it was just nice for my friends and I to find a cab within a reasonable amount of time. However, I noticed my phone was missing about half an hour after we got dropped off. I called the following morning and was told to call back later in the afternoon after second shift had started. I called back around 3 PM and was told to try again later, about 7 PM. Called back around 8 and a very angry dispatcher claimed he had told me to call the following Monday, and that I should NOT bother them again before then. Besides being treated like a nuisance for asking about something of value to me that I had left behind as a paying customer, I was not ok with being treated like I was also ignorant - I followed their instructions each time. It's Monday now, and I called back again only to have them say they have not located any phones matching my description but that they'll get ahold of me if they do. I'm not keeping my fingers crossed at this point. It's a shame that my driver was friendly and efficient while the home office was so blatantly rude and unconcerned.
