  • We absolutely love Dr. Woodruff! He and his entire staff are wonderful with our kids, ages 2, 4, and 5. We have a hard time getting our family to appointments and they have always been more than gracious to accommodate our needs (like seeing everyone at the same time or back to back) and they have never been frustrated when we had to reschedule, which is common with kids. They are kind, respectful, and listen well to our concerns and preferences regarding our dental care. We are some of those folks who may opt for other alternative treatments for certain dental issues, and our requests and preferences have always been honored and respected by Dr. Woodruff and his staff. The result is that we trust them completely with our family's dental health. Also- Dr. Woodruff has personally followed up with us after procedures to see how we or the kids are doing. That is so rare with a dental practice or any medical practice these days! One last note is that their billing staff is great. We've changed insurances twice and even realized we had two dental insurances because our kids were covered under a plan we didn't realize. Before I even had time to sort it all out- his office sent me a check because we had overpaid. I think it was done literally in just a few days! We can't recommend them enough. Ever single person we've sent to their office has said they were so pleased with their care. We couldn't agree more!
