  • I thought the place was nice enough as were the staff. But I came home with bed bug bites! Never had them before and they itch like crazy! Called the hotel to tell the manager but could not get to talk to him. Left him a message about the bed bugs but he never called back. That told me more about the hotel than just the bites. It told me they don't care about their clientele. He should have at least returned my call, asked some questions and apologized. Bad business relations. And that yields zero return patronage, at least from me. I feel sorry for the good people employed by the organization.
