  • I lived here for 13 months. The maintenance staff is friendly but poorly informed by the office. One of the blind slats at the sliding door had torn off. I called in to have it replaced. Such a request is very low priority. 6 days later maintenance comes by. I told him it's the one piece and he told me the office informed him the entire rod fell. That would be higher priority than I single slat but it was still a 6 day wait. There is no drop box for bringing rent by so you have to give it to an employee, assuming they're actually in the office and not out touring or whatever they're doing. I had a UPS package in the office. I went in to collect it and they said it wasn't there. Well I got the notice so where was it? She said it gets lost sometimes. I came in days later and asked someone else and got that package. Very poor office staff performance here.
