  • This hotel has a history of doing FRAUDULENT CHARGES according to past reviews and my own. i booked a room and canceled way before the cancellation due date. i received a cancellation email yet they still charged me for one day on the day that i was supposed to check out. the customer service is very poor and unhelpful. i was put on hold and hung up on multiple times. I called back and they continued to put me on hold. i had all the information available and yet they said they were not able to process it. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE FRAUDULENT AND DOUBLE CHARGES!!!
