  • I am so upset, I have NEVER had such a bad experience at zupas before, this is ridiculous! I drove 20 minutes to get a TBA COLD and clam chowder soup. Not only was the sandwich made hot (i hate panini types, I just wanted a regular freaking sandwich ) but I got the completely wrong soup! What a waste of time and money! I called and was told they really aren't supposed to "customize" orders... really? Then why not tell me that when I placed my order? Now it's a policy, now that it's been completely botched? I go to zupas quite often but will not be returning to this location, even if it means I have to drive an extra 20 minutes... at least maybe ill get the food I actually ordered!
