  • I would give Dollar zero stars if it was possible. Me and 15 or so other people waited more than an hour to get our cars today. They were short staffed the woman told me when I finally got to the front of the line. Really? Good grief. Not a kiosk in sight. Relying on employees like her is a huge mistake too. She was rude and abrupt. I will NEVER use Dollar again. Pay the extra $5 or $10 and use Alamo. They have kiosks and you'll be on the strip 15 mins after you land.
