  • Rudy Cools reached out to me and I must say the company seems to be a stand up company. They are very knowledgeable about their products and very friendly. It turns out the the service area was just a computer glitch and they were more than willing to come give us a HVAC quote and replace our unit. I would have used them if we hadn't previously went with another company.
