  • To begin, I'd like to say that Audrey is a GENIUS in hairdying. I came in for a consultation and I was super nervous because I had never dyed my hair before . However, by the time I left, I was confident that she knew exactly what I wanted. Later, at my appointment, Audrey checked in with me the whole way until my hair was exactly what I wanted. As if that wasn't enough, her and Debbie (her assistant) were absolutely LOVELY and made my long day at the salon so pleasant. Unfortunately, my day ended with a theft. When I walked into the store, the person at the front desk offered to take my coat to hang it up in the back. I gave them my coat without emptying the pockets. When I got my coat back, the pockets had been emptied-- my wallet had been stolen. The staff was somewhat helpful by offering to look at the security cameras (which didn't point towards the area of the store where they keep customers' coats/bags...). Since I was void my form of payment, they let me leave with the promise that I will come back and pay. I will certainly go back since I was so pleased with the services they provided BUT DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES OUT OF SIGHT.
