Disappointed! Went here for the first time because it's closer than my usual place to get an oil change & wash. Which by the way, charges $45.00 for it an I paid $65.00. They tried hard sale upgrades from the jump. I went with the high mileage & upgraded to VIP wash. 2 of the oil guys came in to tag team me into getting a new fuel filter & fuel inj flush. I said I had it completely maintenanced 7 mo prior and then he got really defensive and started to play off each other, I got pissed and said "we done here?" And they backed off. I paid went outside to wait and another customer approached me and said "they said u need a new fuel filter & flush right?".. Ya I could tell he was lying because he was smiling" I said yep that's why I told them to piss off:). He gave me some tips cuz he knows cars and owns a dealership. I get in my van and nothing is wiped down on the interior, notta! So I went back to the entrance and he called Fernando on the talkie and I pulled up at detailing and he started to blow the dash and stuff with air and then said "better?" I said NO! Don't u wipe the interior? "Oh we just dust it" I said u don't wipe it with a rag and solution an get the smudges and dirt off, etc. so he starts to show me shampooing the interior and the difference.. Ya NS, shampooing is not the same as dusting, but my usual place wipes down the interior as apart of a VIP wash! He said ya that's how we do it now.. Nice guy tho:) I know it's his job, I get it. Oil change guys, not so much!! So in short go to genie car wash on Lindsay & Mckellips in Mesa, it's worth the drive, they do a better job for $20 cheaper!
