Pre-sales e-mails were answered promptly and right away. Spend $2000 on an install here, but several months later when I ran into a few issues and needed to send my amp away for repairs, Alan stopped answering my e-mails altogether. Didn't respond to sales@khf.ca nor techsupport@khf.ca
I'd call constantly and that was the only way to get my amp replaced.
When he finally replaced it, he kept the box and all of the materials that came with it and I never got them back.
Was upset with the way my system was tuned, and further e-mails continue to this day to go un-answered.
I won't be coming back here for any future work, which is a shame, because I gave these guys every chance in the book
