I thought a $70 service fee was a little steep being as a new Dyson only costs about $300. However, I brought my vacuum in expecting to pay the bill and instead the guy behind the counter did a quick once-over of my machine, told me a few things I could do to it myself and didn't charge me for the friendly advice. Based on his honesty, next time my Dyson breaks, if I can't fix it I'd for sure bring it back here.
