  • After a miserable experience with a competitor, I scheduled service with Mr. Appliance to fix the track on the lower freezer drawer of my LG fridge. The tech was great - not only did he make the adjustment, he showed me how to fix it myself if it happens again. Because the repair was so minor, he only charged me the service fee and no additional labor. I would definitely use them again.
