| - I absolutely recommend Bellisario's. The main reason is his customer service. His auto repair skills are great, don't get me wrong, but I assume there are a fair amount of folks out there who can replace trunks, quarter panels, buff and paint, but not so many people are willing to take your concerns seriously, treat you with respect, and fairness. He also offers a lifetime warranty on his repairs, which just comes free with the service.
Now, for my story: I had a brand new car 10 days off the lot when a distracted driver rear ended us at an accelerating speed. We were completely stopped at a stop sign. The whole trunk was smashed in. Estimate came to just under 10 grand. And I wouldn't have my brand new car for an entire month. It was pretty upsetting to say the least. But Joe understood that and not only did a great job on the extensive repairs, he offers customer service like I've never seen. That's what I'd like to emphasize here - anything you want, you got it. No grumbling, no attitude, he genuinely wants you to leave his garage satisfied with his service.
Since I lease the vehicle in question, I was more nitpicky than I would had usually been and I asked if he could make the trunk more even (it was maybe less than a centimeter closer to the seem on one side), he did it without hesitation and didn't treat me like I was out of my mind for asking that. I drove away with a perfectly repaired vehicle.
Also, there was coffee spilled all over the front console and even the back seat from the accident and it looked like it never happened when we got it back.
