  • It has been a family tradition to visit Bellagio once a year during the Holidays for many years now, eleven to be exact and we haven't missed a year although we have stayed elsewhere in between. Bellagio is still elegant, and especially during the holidays they put out one of the most beautiful decorations in the garden. Very whimsical and has a story book magic to it. Sometimes more elegant and sometimes more fantasy-like. But always super attractive! I visited the gift stores this year, and noticed it has become a little more commercialized, where you don't get those fancy shopping bags that read Bellagio on them in the past, but rather busy/ugly plastic bags that has the "group" name on them. It took away something from my purchases, and I felt nostalgic to the not-so-older times... perhaps because my parents are not with me anymore, and this used to be our trip. I still like everything about the Bellagio, from the fountains, to the valet service, to the super elegant and clean bathrooms, the gardens, the service, and the rooms.
