  • I was in a Premium Room and had to notify the front desk 3 of the 6 days to replenish the snacks in the room. 1 of those days they never did. On 1 of those days I also had to get them to come back and make the bed and drop off towels. If the floors were vacuumed, it wasn't a good job. Probably not doing another Embassy Suites again.
