  • Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet this awesome Dr. Lee that I have heard great things about. When I arrived they had me fill out additional paperwork, aside from the 4 pages online I had already done prior to my appointment. In this additional paperwork was a form requesting my credit card information. When I explained that I wasn't comfortable providing that info, the front desk lady stated that I would have to provide my social security number! When I stated I wasn't comfortable doing that either (who is these days with all the fraud!) she said they would have to treat me as a cash patient. Even though she had my insurance card and verified that my insurance was good!! I then just asked for my insurance card and id back and stated I would just find another Dr. She had the audacity to tell me that they had a good chunk of time booked out of the Dr's schedule and how he now won't be getting paid for that time. Um, excuse me!? Guess what, I just drove 30 min to get to their office AND took time off work, unpaid - pretty sure my time is just as valuable. I informed her that maybe next time to avoid all of this that she should inform patients when they call that they require your credit card and social security number so that each patient can decide if they're comfortable with that and if not, each party can avoid a lot of time and energy dealing with this!!! Such a waste of time. Do not waste your time and energy if you're not ok giving out your credit card info and/or social security number. I should have read all these previous reviews prior!
