  • I had my brand new car hand washed here and left with bubbles on my tinting. I did not notice them until I got home. I drove back to the Francis and sons only to be told it's my tinting. I attempted to explain the bubbles were not there when I first came in. I told them it's a new car how could it be my own tinting. I also explained to them this is the THIRD time their car wash has done this. I seriously thought it was my tint. I had a 2013 Sentra and the same thing happen! I asked what do you use as your cleaning agent. I stressed it has to be their commercials. One employee even told me " well you have a film on your car it can be sap from trees." I replied "so you're saying the employees did not wash the car correctly " I even asked him " am I the only one who has complained of this issue ?" His reply " no they complain of this all the time ?" I said " and you guys do not anything?" One employee attempted to make another excuse and another employees responds was " don't say anything else she's not listening." I felt I was discrimated being I was a woman! If I would of been a man perhaps they would of treated me with more respect. I asked to speak to corporate they gave me the Managers number which I called and he replied 30 mins later. Of course his mind was already set as to NOTHING can be done. I explained the situation regardless. I asked what is the commercial they use. He stated they use water down soap. He even goes one stating how he manages high end vehicles in Scottsdale and never has any issues and states because your car is new you have a warranty so take it back to the dealership they will fix it. This manager even laughed of the fact I stated this has happened 3 times and I specifically have my cars hand wash Instead of running it there the machine because I do not want any scratches on it. Again I feel if I was a man would of I been treated like I'm the one who messed up my own tint ?!?!?!? I paid $30 bucks to have my car hand washed only to walk away with a messes up tint ! The fact of the matter is my review only adds to poor management here !!! If this manager keeps managing these places he will without a doubt run it out of business ! The scary thing is knowing this is happening to other cars and NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT ! I guess I care too much about the items I pay for !!!! They have lost my business
