Myself and three ladies (one of whom was the bride) had mani/pedi appointments booked for a Friday morning before a wedding. When we arrived the gal informed us that they had booked two back to back appointments rather than four at once, which is not what we wanted. Then they started on the bride's pedicure and I was slated at the same time but I waited a solid 45minutes before anyone showed up to do mine.
The pedicure was fine but then she didn't put any spacers in my toes so I had to ask her to in order to avoid them smudging (my toes are kind of crooked).
Then I got a gel mani and she didn't cut my cuticles saying that they didn't need them but I definitely think they did. And overall the quality isn't good...the manicure is only five days old and it's already chipping.
The price was too high for the level of (or lack of) service.
I don't live in Cleveland any more so I'll keep going to my salon in DC!
