  • I hesitate to write this review as I enjoy writing good reviews. This review is not meant to be mean or bash a place. Hopefully the management will read this and make the corrections necessary. We started going to Blu Burger several years ago and had had good service. The food was reasonably priced and service good. At that time I gave them 4 stars. Then they changed their name to Tru Burger. The menu changes but the food was still reasonably priced and the service was good. Tonight we ate there again. There was a sign that said under new management and a new attitude. I may of not quoted this exactly correct but this is close to what it said. I ordered the cobb salad. I asked for blue cheese dressing on the side. After a 45 minute wait our food arrived. The blue cheese that was supposed to be in the salad was on the side and I had zero salad dressing. I asked for blue cheese dressing and got two tablespoons of blue cheese dressing in a small cup with the promise he would open a new bottle and bring more. I waited and when none came someone else come over and asked if I needed something. I asked for olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The two was brought to the table each with less than a tablespoon in each. I was told they were out and also had no more blue cheese dressing. By now I had eaten most of the salad. I was brought two more dressings I did not like and did not use. I was then brought olive oil and balsamic vinegar from the kitchen. By this time I only had two bites left. We also had another order that was wrong and had to be remade. I hope they can get their act together. I will give them another chance because of the location and the good service we have gotten there before.
