  • I really wanted to love this salon. I went in for a full acrylic set and gel overlay. First ,booking was easy and really accommodating, second the salon is gorgeous. I ended up having one of the last appointments of the night. I took my own nails off so it would be quicker and it definitely wasn't. I was there close to 3.5 hours. There was definitely a lack of professionalism. I was cut multiple times with the file and once with scissors. I wanted coffin shaped but got square crooked nails. I've waited weeks to post this but now that the majority of them have popped of I feel it's necessary. I think if you weren't experienced enough it should be disclosed as I would have just gotten gel and been done early and without cuts and torn cuticles. It took 2 appointments with another experienced nail tech to fix the damage done here. 0 stars for service, 4 stars for cleanliness and salon decor.
