  • We stayed at the FireSky resort this last week. It was nice but far from what was expected. The rooms are little out dated. You tell the hotel tried addressing it in the past by updating the televisions and bathrooms. It just felt old once you enter?.. Perhaps it was the carpet?... I just got that feeling... you'll have to be the judge yourself. Biggest tip I could give you would be that the pool area fills up quick. So be sure to mark your beach chair early in the morning. Pool opens super early and closes at midnight. Hotel food prices were what was expected ranging from $8-$15 depending on what you order. Drink prices were average. The in-room treats that they offer are wayyyyy over priced $7.50 for a pack of gummy bears. So if you're a gummy bear lover like myself be sure to bring your own haribo gummies from home.
