  • The line to the counter stretched 2/3 of the way across the terminal. After waiting an hour I finally reached the counter and the agent offerred" we've run out of cars". Everyone in the line had confirmed reservations but evidently that concept is very lightly held by Budget. It is inconceivable in this age of information technology that a business would leave 30 customers stranded on a holiday weekend. Shame on you, Budget. I will never rent from this company again.
