I knew nothing about this place so I decided to go in to check it out. I randomly found a robe I liked so I looked everywhere to find somebody to help me with it. When I finally tracked somebody down, they informed me that it's not in stock but he can get a consultant to order it online. I wanted to think it through and decided to buy it after lunch.
After lunch, I came back and there was a greeter at the door so I asked if he's working for the restaurant or furniture side. He informed me that he works for both so I asked if he was able to help me with the robe. He instructed me to go upstairs and I'll be able to see the full collection and one of the consultants is able to help me on the second floor. Once I got to the second floor, there were no consultants and I couldn't find the collection of robes. I wasn't able to find somebody to assist me since I wasn't sure who was working there. Furthermore, I didn't understand why the greeter was wearing a headpiece if he didn't bother contacting a consultant on the second floor to assist a customer.
My summary here is that the service is nonexistent.
