  • Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company to manage your properties or rent a property they manage. You will regret it between lack of responsiveness and how they treat you once you move out. We were a tenant for THREE YEARS and we were owed $2,634.86 back for our deposits and they are trying to stick us with a $1,321 advertisement/leasing fee that was NOT specified in the lease agreement with a dollar amount which ultimately means they can charge you whatever they want. After three years we moved out since we were purchasing a home before being married this fall and I gave them plenty of notice and tried to work with them previously to renew a shorter term lease or go month to month. We moved out May 24th rather than July 31st and extended our closing as much as the seller would agree to. Not to mention they also are charging us a $500 floor cleaning fee after we furnished receipts of having a PROFESSIONAL cleaning company come in and take care of the home. I wish I could leave negative stars. Please avoid this company and experiencing the same frustration as we did.
