  • I had the BEST costumer service with Advantage. I couldn't even wait for the survey to get sent to me to share - I've been going to Maclin since I bought my car (2.5 years ago) and will definitely be making the change to Advantage!!! I don't know much about cars which I've always felt uncomfortable asking anything at any other dealership.. everyone at Advantage were so kind and helpful to all my questions and concerns with my focus. They not only got me an appointment in a short time. They helped me out by giving me a rental because they weren't sure how long the repairs would be. Vanessa specifically was absolutely AMAZING!!! She got my phone number and texted me with updates !!!! Even though I don't know much about cars I know how much time they put into my little focus. I've been asking the people at maclin all these same questions this year and the care level was just not there. I could not be happier I went to advantage. Just wow! So above and beyond service. (Plus they washed my car after which I've never had done after services) HAPPY customer
