| - I only went once, and I'm not planning on going back. I made an appointment for 1pm, and got there a few minutes early. The gentleman who was scheduled to do my pedicure was finishing up with his current client, so I waited. He called me over when he was ready, filled the tub to let my feet soak, and left me waiting in the chair for 20 minutes. He told me he needed to go in the back to eat lunch, or else he was going to pass out. First of all, does management not let their employees take breaks? I was appalled. I was also irritated because I made an appointment -- I was on a time crunch, and if you can't see someone at 1pm, then schedule me for later. Don't make me wait. My pedicure was so-so, I've had better. And with the overall experience, I will definitely look elsewhere to get my nails done.
While I was sitting in the chair, I also took note of how the front greeted customers as they walked in. Management: please be more friendly and professional to your customers.
