  • As a new resident, I dreaded dealing with yet another nasty USPS site. Oh well, what could a phone call hurt? The phone was not only answered on the second ring by a REAL person, she was also a friendly, kind, and courteous person! She answered my question with a smile, asked for more information about my address, assured me my expected package would be delivered to my door, and wished me a great day. GREAT DAY, indeed. Finally - a small town-like post office with friendly people.
