| - Previously went through almost an entire nightmare year with this business. Never got my progressive glasses correct, and in the last pair out of 4 made, it was discovered that each lens was different manufacturer and at different seg heights. I could not wear the $600+ glasses. They were going through lab changes and sent in to new lab, but only replaced one lens. I'm assuming the new lab didn't carry the other lens brand, so they put in their brand in one side, but also different seg height. At first, I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get used to them, major eye strain and headaches. When taking these back, they would not refund or fix and were quite nasty. After trying to remedy with the Better Business Bureau which they didn't respond to, getting stats from another eye doctor, writing up lots of docs and getting an attorney, I was able to get a refund. Don't know if they've improved their office, staff and process, but I have a co-worker that could not use her glasses from there either. I have since found a great place that was able to give me some great progressives.
