  • Went there to see Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. The venue is perfect and great staff...not too big, not too small. The chairs were a bit confusing cause they weren't numbered but I think that was just a first night/first concert quark that they had yet to work out. The concert experience was GREAT. And it was nice to see they were on social media such as Twitter I saw someone else ask where the venue was in the casino and their reply back helped us know exactly where to go when we got there. The casino has a nice vibe - quite typical games for a casino nothing new and exciting. There are no table games which sucked! i love a good 3 card but we had fun. The hard rock cafe was fun the band tonight she was really good and it was nice to have live music going on. The staff is dressed horridly not sure where they dug the short-top squart outfits from, put those girls in some better clothing! And they were cold as they worked cause they were in shorts and the a/c was really high...at least I could hide in my pants and jacket they couldn't. But the food was really good and I had the "local" burger which was yummy (pierogi, sausage, carmalized onions) and date had the chicken sandwich. Was typical Hard Rock cuisine but good. Our waitress Evon did a great job. The host staff was also great and well organized - they did a great job managing a lot of hungry angsty people - calmness radiated. The smoking areas also have games! I don't smoke but my friends do and while freezing they went out and played games and smoked...was a nice touch. But, we saw warming poles at the front entrance they should put them in the smoking area. Was a great time was glad we got to go, didn't win any money but was fun.
