  • I love this Starbucks when the regular crew is there. It is my go to spot and I will travel out of my way to order from this location. They remember my order, greet me and my family by name when they see me and are always so friendly and nice...even with all my crazy modifications. Only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the night crew. They are slow, rude and very uninterested in customer service. You can always tell when the regular crew isn't there or when one of the other staff or trainees rotate into the day crew because orders come back wrong, the line is long and slow, etc. needless to say, I try to make sure I get my Starbucks fix before 2pm. The day crew is the gold star example of what a Starbucks should be.
