  • I brought my dog to Jason for regular groomings. I was always happy with the cut and his prices were reasonable. However, I noticed that shortly after groomings, my dog would develop ear infections, which reoccured every time he was groomed. Then one day, my dog began acting lethergic and leaking stinky, gooey blood from his anus the next day. I took him to the vet who diagnosed him with infected anal glands. I had just had him groomed no more than a week prior so I called Jason to ask if he recalled expressing him. Jason replied no- that expressing was extra and I had to request it. Are you kidding me?!? If you're not going to include a standard grooming procedure in your fee, you should disclose that to your customers! I've brought my dogs to three other groomers over the years and all of them included expressing in their fees. Looks like Jason doesn't do the "dirty work."
