  • The worst Canadian tire store. The employees are extremely rude and customer service is non-existence. Moved into the neighbourhood just recently and it's an upscale area and couldn't be more dissatisfied and disappointed with their service. No Hi/hello, the lady at the customer service was unwilling to hear out anything (we wanted to know if they can price match a product) and just dismissed us with a "no". The staff seems to have no product or policy knowledge. 5min before closing time a lady came and said "you need to leave now, store is closing and you can't buy anything"--- I've never heard anyone give a store closing reminder that rudely and we weren't there after hours... my husband had a back injury which required him to walk slow with my support... and the lady kept saying, "c'mon, I gotta close the doors"--- this Canadian tire needs to get new management/staff or shut down and make way for proper companies to come here. Waste of real estate. It doesn't belong in this neighbourhood!!!! Proper mannered people live here and we expect quality service and have standards that clearly this location can't fulfill!!
