This is a great workout. These guys and gals push you to work hard for 30 minutes. Every station is different and changes each day. This hits everything (pun intended) from cardio, to core work, to agility and flexibility. And the staff, wow. John, Darius, Byron, Lauren, Nikki, Jay, Dinika are the friendliest group of people you've ever met. I suggest everyone try the gym once!
