  • I would not recommend renting a property from this company. You cannot cancel a reservation (even well in advance we tried to cancel about 4.5 months ahead of time) and receive cash back at any time, they instead try to issue a company "credit;" the agent and owner we dealt with attempted to add fees to our agreed upon rental rate after we'd already signed a contract, and to top it off, they refused to give us the address to the property after we'd made a huge deposit.--they tried to withhold the address until 48hrs before our visit. How can we visit if we can't make plans or map anything because you won't disclose the address? After they attempted to change the contract, again in their favor, we called them on their crap and because they were totally in the wrong, they were forced to give our money back. Their contracts include things like laundering the sheets and towels, you are charged per cigarette butt, and you have to measure your gas and energy consumption for the pool and bbq...um what? We've rented lots of properties for vacation and never encountered a company/private owner requiring these things. Note-they have properties listed on lots of vacation sites, yet they always direct you back to their site to book, thus avoiding any protection you might have from a site like Airbnb.
