  • I found this particular location after being ripped-off by places like, Ted Weins, Big O Tires, and James West Auto..... isn't there an honest mechanic in this town? Anyway I had authorized repairs to be done on three company vehicles, AND my wife's personal car at different points within the past 3 months. All was going well until one of our employees took the company van, (a Ford F-150 van), in for a routine oil change. They put high-mileage oil in the van WITHOUT getting prior approval. That alone turned a $19.95 oil change into almost a $100.00 dollar service invoice....... THEN they said that the brake calipers needed to be replaced. Now at this point I must admit that the particular employee who brought the van in, USED TO BE A MECHANIC! They said the service for the calipers would be just a bit over $900.00. Our employee called Pep Boys, and one other place, and they said the job shouldn't cost any more than $500.00. When he asked for a copy of the estimate, they refused to give it to him. At that point they lost ANY future business from our company an me personally. DO NOT GO THERE, YOU WILL BE RIPPED-OFF AT SOME POINT!!! Stan Grzesiak
