If you buy a mattress and are happy with it, I guess they're as good a place as any but don't fall for the "120 day guarantee." They will use every excuse to not take it back if you're not going to exchange it. Kayla is worthless and admitted the "manufacturer" won't take it back if the mattress is soiled (according to the guys who were sent to pick it up, which mine wasn't). It's not about the manufacturer, it's about the guy on TV who says to sleep easy knowing there was a 120 day return policy on the mattress. Even video proof of the mattress and the fact the pick up people ran out of the house like cowards meant nothing to the company line spewing Kayla. Customer service is non-existent and thank goodness I've been with my credit card company for a number of years and this is the FIRST claim I've ever opened with them. Uncomfortable mattress, lousy customer service, If I could give negative stars, I would. Don't bother with the patronage Kayla like you did on the phone...
