  • Pathetic service. Took them 2 days to submit my work order then tell me it's 3-5 days for parts. I called the same day (Monday) and told them I'll scan them my copy of the work order to get a head start on ordering parts for my refrigerator. Needles to say but the parts were not ordered until late Wednesday! Called and asked for an explanation why the process was taking so long and I was greeted with; "we're not emergency services."
