  • SERVICE DEPT REVIEW: I have taken my Ford here a few times over the years, but now I may not anymore. They usually good on my oil changes, inspections and customer service, but are becoming more scamming on the charges. It is an accumulation of things over the last few visits that has built up to looking into outside auto shops. Their main deal is "The Works" where you get $10 mail in rebate, but I have never ever received it! I even make sure when I pay about getting it and instead of getting the form to mail in myself they say they submit themselves, but yet I never get it or get credit on my next visit. I also get hard sales push to buy my services, they say it's needed right away or very soon, but I have taken to other shops that tell me it's fine and not needed. I have caught SanTan in more than one lie before sometimes by their own workers because when I bring back for another oil change and inspection they say I'm fine on everything else. I ask what about this that, that I was told needed attention and they say no it's ok. So they can't even keep up the lies and contradict their own recommendations. I also got my car back with stains on the inside roof looks like oil splatter or maybe blood. They have gotten rid of their Ford Owners Rewards program and only do oil change credits where you buy 4-5 and get 1 free. I was told I get a free oil change next visit and just now I looked up my acct with them and it says I need 4 to get free because they reversed all my oil change credits from before. WTF! After all the money I paid for engine light inspection and long wait for the work to be done last time and now they screw me out of free oil change especially after never receiving my rebates! I always schedule an appt and still have never waited less than 2 hrs! Would only go back for recall notices work and nothing else ever again! I already found a new shop I'm going to try that was highly recommended on Yelp, Better Business Bureau, and ToFixIt.com and even though it's in Mesa I rather drive a few miles more for reliable & ethical work!
