  • i know better to check reviews; must have been the heat because i didn't. the technician came and managed to deep clean a spot in the middle of the room to show us how dirty our carpet was and how much cleaning we needed. of course he stated that our carpets had not been cleaned in years. how did he know this and not that we had a wild weekend? anyway, once there was a big spot, the only way to NOT have a big spot was for him to clean the whole thing, which would cost $399. i said no way, i had told christine when i made the appointment that we had some serious spots that needed attention and she promised two rooms for $39. perhaps they just added a 9 onto the price. i continued arguing, he finally called his boss who agreed to the 2 rooms for $99. still a SCAM, as once they clean a spot, you can't just leave it there. they didn't even tell us before he started work that he wanted to show us what could be done if we wanted a better service. never again!
