Worst customer service/management I have ever dealt with. I've dealt with some bad customer service before, from Wal-Mart to Insurance Companies. This place has them beat hands down. They DO NOT stand behind their vehicles. I really enjoy being told my attitude is poor. I have notified Subaru corporate about my experience, but I doubt they will care. Thanks for turning me off of Subaru's.

When a customer is upset or mad, the last thing an employee should say is, "you know, I would be more inclined to help if you had a better attitude." Thanks "Manager on duty" you are awesome.
Oh, I have worked in retail management for the last 15 years, and I would never allow myself or any of my employees to respond to a customer in that fashion. Kudos to Subaru and the owners/managers of this dealer, you have a great staff....thanks for turning me off to not only Subaru, but any dealer associated with this one.
