  • Preface: I make my review based on approximate four visits with the PA J. Notabartoloa, not with Dr. Woodson. I have come back several times because the time was taken to discuss my concerns and to explain any prescriptions. However, my last visit has reversed most of the good accumulated. Hence, the two stars. I've never had a doctor's office create so many strikes against it in one visit. Perhaps the PA was having a bad day, we all do- but it doesn't excuse the lack of professionalism or courtesy. An excessive amount of paperwork- the most of any doctor's office of my life A rushed examination (15 seconds max) that ended with a quick "That's what happens when you get older." (I'm 30) No name, explanation, or application explanation for prescription given Patronizing remarks Outstretched hand for handshake ignored Obvious ignorance of patient history, not looking for a second at my chart I may return to the clinic itself to see other staff members, but both my husband (in the medical field himself) and I will not be returning to this PA.
