  • I have stayed at a number of Staybridge Suites and this one just didn't seem anywhere near as nice as the others. The room seemed smaller than other Staybridges. On the plus side breakfast was very nice, the property was clean, which is a must and the pool was nice. On the downside - they had no towels. This happens, but when I went to the front desk to request towns, the attendant seems uninterested in providing a solution. There were no towels poolside and only two towels in our room for 4 people. She shrugged and handed me a hand towel. This doesn't cut it. She didn't offer to have additional towels delivered or offer when I could expect there to be more towels. This isn't the level of customer service I have experienced at any other Staybridge. While I will stick with the Staybridge brand, I not sure I will consider this hotel again, should I be in the area. They could have done better. The bathroom also had some issues - in terms of the condition of the shower curtain and soap dishes (being not connected securely to the wall.) In summary, the price paid did not seem like the normal value...
