  • Amazon should be ashamed of themselves. They have drivers who deliver packages. The drivers SUCK SOOOO BAD. They will NOT call you and they will give your package to someone else. When you call customer service, you get an outsourced dummy who can't help you. I waited in my apartment aaaaaaaall day for a package that went to someone else. Now I have to wait for the delivery again???? I call customer service and they are gravely inept. Amazon, you are a huge billion dollar corporation and this is the best you can do? Are you serious? I have already gone on Twitter. I will go on face book and everywhere else to spread the word about how horrible you are. Such a shame.
