rev:text	I joined WADBOD in July of 2016 and have never looked back. Yes, it's a place where people come to get healthy, strong and fit - YET that notion quickly becomes second nature the moment you realize WADBOD is more like a tight-knit family where nobody judges you and where everybody accepts you in the most genuine way for who you are - no matter what fears, anxieties or baggage you bring into it on the first day. John, the coach and owner of the establishment takes a personal interest in you both inside and outside of the box and instills the type of confidence that only few could dream of getting from a coach. If you show him you have an ounce of belief in yourself, and the prospect of getting better, fitter and stronger, he will return that to you with a pound of motivation and he will work tirelessly with you to help you achieve that goal. This place will also get you in line with your nutrition and the different lifestyle changes you have to adhere to in order to get to your specific goals through games and challenges - and it's all included in the monthly fee; gym, nutrition advice, motivation, support and amazing friendships. The second best part about WADBOD are its members and how they reflect the WADBOD spirit instilled by John. They will all gang up on you (in a good way) to help you shed that last ounce of sweat you thought you never had in you when you fell behind and are the last one to complete a work out. They will cheer you on, empower you and they'll remember where you started and where you're headed because they were all once there too. This place is really cool. Just come over...
